CEREALS
Farm Bonello is located in Val D’Orcia Park, a largely agricultural region.
On its hills of clay we product an excellent grain, with a very high value of gluten and proteins.
Most of the production is purchased by the major national brands such as BARILLA and DE CECCO for the production of pasta made in Italy or it is used for the preparing local pasta zero km.

FRUIT
In addition to cereals, the farm has many fruit trees from which comes most of the fruit used in our restaurant. By the fruit, we can obtain excellent jams too, for breakfast and for the preparation of homemade cakes.

BOTANICAL GARDEN
Nearby the garden there is the family botanical garden from which come the vegetables used in the preparation of side dishes and soups (vegetable soup “vellutata”, ribollita etc..) in the restaurant.

WOODS
The farm also owns two hectares wide forest to collect firewood for apartments’ fireplaces and heating winter dinners in the dining room.
